i nned helkp re installing windows 8.1 becuase i cannot here audio on windows 10 ig its not compatipal bc the drivers wont update or fix it please help

If you install this W10 audio driver, and restart the PC, you shouldn't have to resort to buying a recovery kit to reinstall Windows 8.

If for some reason the above driver doesn't work, your only option would be to purchase a recovery kit from this vendor at the link below:
