I just bought this printer from my friend and I need the code. All it keeps printing is Congratulations and my friends email address. I need it to say mine so It doesn't charge her card.

@JadeDavis01 -- first, your friend would have to logon to HP, to "remove" the device from your friend's inventory of HP devices that are associated with the HP logon.  Second, if the friend was using the "HP Instant Ink" service, the friend would need to terminate that service, to stop paying for it.

 

Then, you should be able use any ink cartridges, either genuine HP or third-party, to do your own printing.

Then, you could sign-up to HP Instant Ink, using your own personal ID & credit-card, if you want.
