You can determine the year and week of your notebook's manufacture by looking at the 4th, 5th and 6th characters of the serial number, which will always be numbers.

The 4th = the year of manufacture (0 - 9).

The 5th and 6th = the week of manufacture (01 - 52).

For example, if the 4th, 5th and 6th characters of the serial number are 123, then your PC was manufactured during the 23rd week of 1991, 2001, 2011 or 2021.

You will have to have some kind of idea of when you bought the PC or what model processor it comes with so you can narrow down the year to the type of processor that existed at the time.
