Need a detalied explation of how to boot a CD/DVD recovery disk or USB drive in windows 10. I am using Windows 7 inage backup. I also use Acronis backup inage. I created the recover disk on a DVD and need to be able to boot off of the recovery disk to restore if needed.

I do have two forms of recovery media. The cd that you create using windows 7 back and restore in windows 10. I also have the cd from the backup and restore inage backup using Acronis program. In both cases the inage is backed up to the external hard drive. The restore will be a complete restooreusing the image fromthe backup drive. I am testing the backup media, only to find out I cannot figure out how to boot from the cd rom. Older hp machines worked fine but not this one. I am using a All in one desktop 27-a240se with windows 10.
