Product: HP Pavilion 23 All-in-one PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer was freezing and stalling and so I tried to upgrade to windows 10 Pro which was bad idea on 4 mgs of RAM and no way to upgrade.  So I deactivated Pro but now it is asking for Activation code for original operating system.  I do not know how to find it or how to contact.  I have been on virtual agent vicious circle because warranty if expired but I should still have access to original operating system, correct?

The W10 product key is in the BIOS.

 

You can see it by running the free utility that I zipped up and attached below.
