Hi @tascosa,
Thank you for your response,
To open the CD/DVD tray on an all-in-one HP computer, you typically follow these steps.
Locate the CD/DVD drive: Identify the CD/DVD drive on your all-in-one HP computer. It's usually located on the front or side of the computer.
Press the Eject button: Most CD/DVD drives have an eject button. Press the button, and the tray should pop open. The eject button is often a small, rectangular button located near the tray or on the front panel of the computer. It might have a symbol that looks like an arrow pointing up or a triangle.
Use the operating system: If your computer doesn't have a physical eject button, you can also open the CD/DVD tray using the operating system.
On Windows:
- Press the Windows key + E to open File Explorer.
- Right-click on the CD/DVD drive icon.
- Select "Eject" from the context menu.
On macOS:
- Open Finder.
- Locate the CD/DVD drive in the sidebar.
- Click on the eject icon next to the drive.
Use keyboard shortcuts: Some computers allow you to use keyboard shortcuts to open the CD/DVD tray. For example:
On Windows:
- Press the Windows key + E to open File Explorer.
- Press Ctrl + E to eject the CD/DVD drive.
On macOS:
- Press Command + E to eject the CD/DVD drive.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
