good day, im having trouble getting apps over to my desktop. i have tried the drag and drop an thats not working. im not sure what im doing wrong.  i didnt think that this would be a hard task on my brand new laptop. im guessing there is some sort of setting on there that i would need to modify but im not sure what exactly that would be. can someone send me the instructions please ? i have reached out to my school for help, my teachers an no one seems to have the answers..... please help this new girl out here.

Don't drag, just right click the app.exe > Send to > Desktop (create shortcut). If you don't know app.exe location to create desktop shortcut, then Open Start (Windows key), find the app in All Apps list.Right-click the app > More > Open file location and there you find it
