HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista

desktop computer goes to a blue screen and says choose your keyboard layout then goes to troubleshoot and turn off pc.  I go to trouble shoot and I cant do anything.  What do I do I need information off this computer?

Windows Vista that does not work is a problem.  When you say " I need information off this computer" do you mean you need the data or some program that is there?

I can help you get the data if the drive is still functioning.

Also, if you post the model number of the PC, that would be helpful.
