When I am working an this great computer the HDD starts ans stops allthe time running. This gives an noice. There is no information on the HDD that I need when I am workig (all in de SSD).
So how to stop yhe HDD from running around.

You're probably NOT going to be able to get the drive to spin down -- as it is designed to spin at a constant rate all the time.
If you go into Power Settings --> Advanced, you MIGHT find the option to Turn Off Hard Disk after a certain period of time.
And even if that is there, if your PC uses Intel Rapid Storage Technology (RST), that will not work.
Sorry, but modern hard drives are designed to be very efficient in terms of power usage and spinning them down, unlike the clunky hard drives of years ago, is usually NOT an option.
