Hp pavilion slimline s5310y how do you test the mother board? It has windows 7 but upgraded to windows 10. It was working fine and my grandson turned it off and it stop working. I put a new power supply in it.

Others may jump in here and correct me if I am wrong, but as far as I know, there are no motherboard test routines that you can run as a consumer. HP does not provide them.
If you find the manufacturer of the motherboard, you can check with them, but I've used a half-dozen different brands over the years, all from well-known manufacturers, and NONE of those supplied any diagnostic routines I could run to check out issues with their boards.
