Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I would like to use a microphone with my desk top computer. Does this require a purchase of an external microphone? How do I go about this?

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I checked the specifications of your computer and it looks like there is not a microphone on the computer and you need to purchase one to use it with the desktop.
