which suggests that your computer, if manufactured in 2015 or later, has a "system board" issue, which causes the LED to blink 5 times.

Replacing the motherboard is your only option, other than buying a brand-new computer.

Is the HP warranty still valid?

LED and beep condition: Power button LED blinks 5 times with 5 beeps

Corrective action: Reseat memory DIMM modules.
If the problem is not resolved, contact support to resolve a possible RAM or system board failure.
