Product: HP Envy Phoenix H9 PC Series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
Sir, i am getting occasional bsod error: critical process died and after trying restarting it says "no boot disk has been detected or the disk has failed". This bsod error and then this no boot disk... error usually occures when my hp desktop stays off for some time (say for 1 hr or long). After some time getting this "no boot disk...." error, my pc starts and run normally like nothing happened! Then, i tried hp hdd test, which is saying:
Hard Disk SMART Check: PASSED
Hard Disk Short DST : FAILED
FAILURE ID : 90CF2M-0009S1-9XPJXG-60Q103
PRODUCT ID : H3W37AA#ACJ
Hard Disk 1
Hard Disk Test : FAILED
Please help!
