hp all - in - one pc sn V8P00AA not letting me install windows 7. help please. it installs but when it starts personalization it blocks the keyboard and the mouse and i can't enter/personalize anything in windows using either,

Hi:
Make sure the keyboard and mouse are in the USB 2 ports in the back of the PC, not the USB 3 ones.
The reason the KB and mouse quit working is because W7 doesn't have the USB 3 drivers included and you can't install the USB3 drivers until after W7 has completed installing.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
