It MAY be a driver issue or whatever. It's A MESS I tried RECOVERY BUT NOTHING i TRIED TO DOWNLOAD

WINDOWS  10  THROUGH MY STUPIDITY ALREADY  WINDOWS TEN. I DID TALK TO A TECH AND HE MENTIONED THAT IT NOT BE POSSIBLE TO FIX. HOPE YOU CAN HELP MY COMPUTER IS ABOUT 3 YEARS OLD

You've mentioned a lot of related issues, NONE of which we can fix from here.

 

You say "disk return", so are you asking about returning the computer to HP to replace the internal drive?

 

You mention "factory reset" -- which I'm presuming FAILED, as it ALWAYS does if you do that because the PC is running slowing, as that indicates a failing drive and if you FORCE a reset in those circumstances, you will trash the PC!

 

So, what is it you are asking us to do?
