Hi 

I have a hp envy 24 23.8 inch IPS monitor with beats audio that is connected to my hp laptop and i see the screen is flickering continuously. please help.

What is your computer ? Does it have Beats software ? Please try to keep monitor to use 60Hz first because its specs says it only supports 1920 x 1080 @ 60 Hz (Full HD) (same as max resolution):

Hi 

thanks for the response. I have hp elitebook 13 inch laptop that is connected to my hp envy 24 inch monitor. I checked the display settings on my laptop and it is setup for 1920 x 1080. Still the screen is flickering. Really appreciate if some helps me fix my issue.
