This junk hp envy always buffers videos.  I have reinstalled all drivers using hp asistant and still it does not work. Junk

Thank you for sharing your concern, and I’m really sorry for the frustration this has caused. I understand how upsetting it can be when your HP Envy doesn’t perform as expected, especially with something as basic as video playback.

To help narrow this down and rule out any hardware-related issues, we recommend running the HP Hardware Diagnostics on your device:

Please try these steps:

  1. Shut down the laptop completely.
  2. Power it back on and immediately start tapping the F2 key repeatedly.
  3. The HP PC Hardware Diagnostics menu should open.
  4. Run the System Tests, especially:
    • Processor
    • Memory
    • Storage
  5. Note down any failure ID or error message, if shown.

If the hardware tests pass, the issue is more likely related to software, drivers, browser settings, or system performance, and we can help you with targeted troubleshooting steps next.

Once the test is complete, please let us know the results (and the exact HP Envy model, if possible), and we’ll be glad to assist further.

I even bought the £10.00 month service support package.  HP took the money but gave me no access!!  Every time I go to support it asks me to pay again.

I ran the all - even though it told me my package was out of date.  No errors that I saw

How can I pay £10 per month and not be able to access support.  I just tried again after checking my subscription is valid in my account -it is.

 

When I go to the webpage for help and it asks me to pay again!!!

 

l never buy this hp junk again.  Beware.
