hp omen desktop major problems -no power to monitor/keyboard is one problem

computer: hp omen gaming desktop i7core 8th gen,  NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060,  serial# 8cg84067rg

- computer is brand new

problem:

-no signal to monitor

-no signal to keyboard (mouse does get power)

-can not open bios (i believe because keyboard wont turn on)

- warning beeps have stopped

-desktop sometimes turns off and then back on by it self

-desktop automatically turns on when plugging power cord in (with out hitting power button)

basic troubleshooting done:

-hard reset

-tried new monitor, hdmi cable, keyboard (have not tried new motherboard battery)

-unplugging graphics card, ram, all cards and plugs i can find

-took out motherboard battery and put back in

-yelling at it

-held hands to device and tried to use mind force to fix it

-prayed to Jesus 

the story:

started doing 3-4 beeps (long and short tones) for a week or so, im aware this is a warning of a problem, desktop froze when a blue update screen came up. alt+crt+del did not work had to force shut down with power button. turned it back on and problems mentioned above started to occur.

this topic can be deleted. i got ahold of a hp tech support agent, computer must be sent in for repairs
