Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I ordered a recovery disk from HP but looks like they cancelled it. can anyone send me something for my P6-2350 had windows 8 installed and i believe it was upgraded to win 10. it was a company PC from another office

Hi:

 

If the PC was previously upgraded to W10 , you can reinstall W10 for free.

 

Make a bootable W10 USB installation flash drive using another Windows PC, and the media creation tool at the link below.

 

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

If you are asked to enter a product key during the installation process, select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from the support page.
