I have recently come to own 3 HP all in one desktops. One pavilion 24 and 2 envy 23s...from a business closure. None of them will power on or have any lights beeps fan noises to indicate they are getting power. when the pavilion is plugged in the power cable flashes blue meaning there is a problem with the cable however when one of the envys are plugged into the same cable I still get no lights beeps or other start up noises but the power cable light is a steady blue indicating the cord is fine. I have tried several other power cords none of which has worked. I removed the cmos battery unplugged and drained the power thus hard resetting the pavilion, still nothing. Looking at the inside I see no damage no burns broken connectors or wires. As far as I can tell there is nothing wrong with any of it. Can anyone help figure this out? is it possible to connect my working HP laptop to the non working all in ones and run diagnostics? If there is a way please explain in detail how to do so as I truly am not so tech savy
