Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I have a hp pavilion and the fans work but The USB’s don’t the power button light won’t work.

@Zacharyx To clarify, do you mean the computer is turning on but the USB port is not working,

And neither is the power button light? however, the fans are working? is that right? 

 

Is the screen black? if yes, could you connect the computer to an alternate monitor and check if that works fine?

Please elaborate.
