When I tried to load Windows 10, it got stuck, so I shut it down. When I turned it on again, it got stuck on the BIOS screen, and now nothing is working. The keyboard lights are on, but it is completely unresponsive. I can't even access the BIOS settings. How can I fix this issue?

Hi @Rajat58,
Thank you for the response.
To troubleshoot the issue, you can try a few steps.
First, perform a hard reset. Turn off your laptop completely and unplug the charger along with any connected USB devices. Press and hold the power button for 30–60 seconds to discharge residual power. Then, reconnect the charger and power the laptop back on.
If the laptop’s keyboard isn’t responding, you can connect an external USB keyboard. Use it to press keys like Esc, F2, F10, or Del during startup to access the BIOS.
Resetting the BIOS settings can also help. To do this, turn off the laptop and then press and hold the Windows + B keys. While holding them down, press the power button for a few seconds, then release all the keys. This should bring up the BIOS recovery screen.
Lastly, if you suspect a more severe issue, you can try booting the laptop from a USB drive. On another PC, create a Windows 10 bootable USB using Microsoft’s Media Creation Tool. Insert it into your laptop and press F9 or Esc during startup to boot from the USB.
Feel free to share how it goes or if you'd like further guidance!
