Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

We have hp prodesk 600 g4 it is not getting powering on, when i press the power key the white color LED lights up the release the key it is light off,Tried the below troubleshooting:

1. Removed all the cabe from the CPU only connected KB,Mouse and monitor.

2.Power drain pressing the power on button 15 or 30 Sec.

3.CMOS battery removed and reinserted then tried powerd on.

4.Removed the RAM and tried power on.

5.SMPS all the cables unpluged and repluged again then power on.

6.Release the Power button but continue pressing the Windows and B &  Windows and V key.

7.We have cross verified the SMPS and RAM from the faulty unit to another unit it is working fine.

 

is there anyother Troubleshotting i have do or missed pls suggest to resolved this issue,
