Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

helloo , i have made a backup from the HP Recovery Tool and saved it on a usb Dsik , after tgat ; my hard drive stopped working .

Then i put a new one but the exe from the HP Recovery Tool doesn t end its progress , it stops at 60% and i have a message "hp recovery manager failed error code ffffff15 "

Hi:

 

If you can't get the recovery media to work that you made by using the HP cloud recovery tool, you can clean install W10

by making a bootable USB installation flash drive using the Media creation tool at the link below.

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
