Hi @EmenZoe,

If you're experiencing an issue with your HP Zbook G10 getting stuck on the Wolf Security page after a restart, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

  1. Restart the Device Again:

    • Sometimes a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches. Try powering off the device completely and then turning it back on.
  2. Safe Mode Boot:

    • Attempt to boot your device in Safe Mode. This can help determine if a third-party application or configuration is causing the issue. To do this, you typically need to press a relevant key (like F8, F11, or Esc) during startup—refer to your specific laptop's manual for the right key.
  3. Check for Updates:

    • Ensure that your device has the latest firmware and driver updates installed. This can sometimes resolve compatibility or security issues.
  4. HP Support Assistant:

    • Use the HP Support Assistant tool to run diagnostics on your device. This application can help identify and fix many software-related issues.
  5. Access BIOS/UEFI Settings:

    • Enter the BIOS/UEFI settings to ensure there are no unusual configurations. You might do this by pressing the Esc or F10 key during the boot process, depending on your BIOS version.
  6. System Restore:

    • If the issue started recently, you might use System Restore to revert the system to a previous state when everything was working correctly.
