Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi cannot install the sdk package for my omen gaming hub when i try to install it it says it "failed to extract the archive" i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and tried removing old sdk please help me i cannot control my fan so i cant play

 

 

the issue came when i tried to turn on my laptop and then it suddenly turned to the blue sad face screen then it restarted then this issue began please help me
