Sorry for late response.

I wanna know ,does secure boost is that necessary?
The thing is the solution that you guys suggested, most of it require installing new windows and i don't wanna do it since it a waste of my time for me and it might not work. But if it That necessary and i need to have it, i would give it a shot.

Thank you for all the response.

It's important for Windows security—if it's not activated, you won't receive Windows security updates. Many programs require it to be activated in order to work, and you won't receive Windows 11 updates or updates for other versions in the future. Ultimately, it's up to you to decide whether to have an outdated PC that's vulnerable to hacker attacks or to keep it as it is.

Sorry for late response again

So I think I tried everything now

-Installing windows with secure boot on, the black and red screen that said "invalid signature detected check secure boot policy in setup" pop up while it installing windows

-The HP cloud recovery doesn't work either

- and I tried updated the bios version but it still doesn't work

I don't know what to do now..

The only way I can boot my PC  is to disable secure boot

I think It might be a hardware problm at this point.

Check to see if your BIOS has an option to clear the TMP
