Hi @june033,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

I understand you're experiencing an issue with logging in to your all in one PC.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, I'm here to help you today.

If you’re stuck on the blue screen asking for a PIN and it won't accept it, you can try the following steps to regain access to your HP Pavilion All-in-One PC:

1. Restart Your PC:

  • Sometimes, simply restarting the computer can help. Hold down the power button until the PC turns off, then turn it back on.

2. Use the On-Screen Keyboard:

  • If your keyboard isn’t working, try using the on-screen keyboard. On the login screen, look for the "Ease of Access" icon in the bottom right corner, and select "On-Screen Keyboard."

3. Reset Your PIN:

  • If you can’t log in, try resetting your PIN:
    • On the login screen, click on "I forgot my PIN" (if available).
    • Follow the prompts to reset your PIN using your Microsoft account.

4. Safe Mode:

  • Boot into Safe Mode:
    1. Restart the PC and repeatedly press the F11 key (or the specific key for recovery on your device) until you see the recovery menu.
    2. Select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
    3. After it restarts, select 4 or F4 for Safe Mode.
  • Once in Safe Mode, try logging in or resetting your password.

If the issue still persists, refer to the steps on this link to reset your windows 11 password.

Please mark this post as “Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved and if you feel this reply was helpful click “Yes”.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a great day ahead!
