i've been wondering is it possible to run windows 10 on the windows xp hp compaq dc7100 SFF the pc has a duo core processor

In doing some research to answer that question, I found numerous posts about that system not being able to run Windows 7 or even get it to install properly.  However, this guy claims to have Windows 10 installed on that hardware.  Give it a look
