I’m sorry to hear about the issue you're facing with Microsoft Office. To better assist you, could you please confirm if you purchased Microsoft Office as part of a bundle package with your PC?

 

Also, do you see an Office sticker anywhere on your device? Most HP devices come with Office as a trial version, and it’s only on a few models where the full version is pre-installed if it was purchased as part of a bundle.
