basically i got microsft 365 free with this laptop and then i reset my laptop on sunday not knowing that all apps will go. now i dont have free microsoft 365 avalible on my laptop and it tells me to buy it. i spoke to microsot yesterday, they tried resolving the problem but said they couldnt find my product key for this laptop as it went when i reset the laptop. they told me to contact you and to ask for a new one to be able to restore my microsoft 365 apps. i need the new product key that has been put for me after i reset my laptop.
