i tried to reconnect my pc, only beeps 3 times and turns off by it self

HI, I am very new to this community, and need a lot of help and patience, we move our pc ( we moved to another home)

when I tried to start my computer it only starts beeping 3 times and turns off, the screen send a message that the AC adapter is not compatible so I ordered another one and it does the same thing over and over

What is the Product Number of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information. You can find the Product Number at the bottom of the page when you open HP Support Assistant.  Once I have this information I will try to help you further.

I suggest that you open the case and check all of the connectors to assure they a all tight.  This includes the memory and video card, if there is one.  It is not uncommon for components to become loosened when a computer is moved.  Also, I believe that there may be a sticker on the case with more information on the model.
