HP Laptop - 15s-eq1042au
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

im not able to upgrade my laptop with windows 11....mine is a licenced windows 10 os.....the system is saying to manually uninstall an app called virtual box ..its not there in the system .....i would like to get a call from an hp agent ASAP.

You misunderstand our role here. We are not HP agents and have no way to call you.

 

To speak to an agent, you have to contact HP yourself.

@Aditya0812 -- the system is saying to manually uninstall an app called virtual box

 

Open the Windows "Settings", and choose "Apps". 

Scroll-through the list of apps, looking for "virtual box".

Click on the name.

Click "uninstall".
