Hi @5CD322BY0B,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

I see that you are looking for information related to parental controls on your Laptop.

The specific process may vary slightly based on the operating system and the parental control software used. Here’s a basic guide:

For Windows 10/11:

Open Settings:

  • Click on the Start menu and select Settings (the gear icon).

Accounts:

  • Go to Accounts > Family & other users.

Manage Family Settings:

  • Under "Your family," select the account you want to remove parental controls from.

Remove Parental Controls:

  • Click on Manage family settings online. This will open a web page where you can adjust settings.
  • You may need to log in to your Microsoft account.
  • Look for the option to remove or disable parental controls for the selected account.

Please mark this post as “Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved and if you feel this reply was helpful click “Yes”.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a great day ahead!
