Welcome to the HP Forum.
Check your PC's hardware using HP Diagnostics as follows:
Start the PC. Repeatedly tap the "ESC" key.
Select "F2". Run extensive system and component tests to confirm: a drive problem, a memory problem, or other component problem.
You would have to replace the system disk and reinstall Windows if the diagnostic tests indicate the system disk has failed.
Your PC may be eligible to do a HP Cloud Recovery on the new system drive.
You might be able to recover data on a failing system disk by connecting this disk to a different PC as a data drive.
