Product: HP Smart Tank 7305 All-in-One

Recently, my printing color becomes green and lighter than before.  Check printer status report, it shows Magenta ink is empty but on the ink level indicator located in front of the printer.  There are 80% full.  What is my next step to resolve this issues?
