Hello

I am getting this error message everytime windows boots up

input signal out of range change mode to 1920x1080 60hz display going to sleep in 30 seconds

it starts counting down and i keep enabling it so i can login and change the resolution.

but if i try to change the resolution, 1920x1080 is not available and it's giving a different recomended resolution instead.

i tried reimaging my pc and it worked for 3 weeks.

now the same error pops up again. please help

thanks in advance

Hi

In device manager is the monitor listed correctly?

Then it's drivers?

I guess that a re-image worked until MS did an update.

yes, the monitor is listed correctly in the device managers.

this image is distributed through pxe throughout the whole of department of education so the drivers are not the issue.

all the other similar devices with the same image and hardware specs are not being affected

after reimaging, ms update would affect all computer devices and yet only one device is having an issue.
