i nstalled a new hard drive turn on the computer and i said hard drive has no operating system how do i install one

Hi:

 

The product specs for your PC indicate that it came from HP with Windows 10 64 bit, not Windows 7, 32 bit.

 

You can use the Microsoft media creation tool to create installation media and reinstall W10 for free.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.

Otherwise, you can pay HP $50- $60 and order recovery media from the last link on the support page.
