HPSA offers intel Chipset Installation Utility and Driver  v 10.1.18295.8201 date  5/8/2020 as an update.  I have Intel(R) 300 Series Chipset Family LPC Controller (H370) - A304  v10.1.16.7 date 7/18/1968.

At first it said installed, then later it said it was dimissed.

Anyone know what is going on?

Well I think it installed OK on 8/4/2020.  I had more than one to install and the chipset may have tried to install twice and the second time was dismissed.  I followed your link.  There were five chipset updates to choose from.  You did not say which one, but the most recent one matched the one HPSA installed.

No issues.  I have a desktop.  See above original post, "HP Pavilion Desktop - TP01-0050".

BTW many helpers on this site seem to connect with a word or two and then send out a response.  Not just you, nearly all.  Just wondering, are you all AI robots or actual people?
