hello i am getting this error on start up  "invalid or missing product information" when i look up System Board CT number there is no number   how do i fix ?

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting missing product information error on startup.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Have you made any hardware changes on the computer?

No Hardware changes were made  seemed to happen after update and computer had to restart 

once it restarted  error message "invalid or missing product information" appeared 

came to this site found same instructions below to find CT Number but it  is blank no numbers

If the steps I shared didn't do the trick, it would confirm a hardware malfunction and you may want to contact HP to have the device repaired.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
