Hi Team HP its been 3 days and till now my issue is not yet resolved i am going for social media escalation if it is not resolved by tomorrow , here are case id for 3 pc's with same bios failed issue

CASE NUMBER= 5110700842
I need this to be resolved by tommorow

I understand that you are getting a BIOS fail issue on your computer, I am glad to assist you.
As per the case number, I see that onsite service completed today, and the engineer cleaned and refix the hardware- Motherboard, Updated BIOS and resolve the issue on 9/6/2023.
Let me know if the issue is resolved or need more assistance.
