Product: Pavillion 27-a031
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

When I go to start up my desktop all in one it gives me a keyboard error message and to press the ecs key to go to the start up menu. When I go to the start up menu, I cannot get it my mouse pointer disappears and I have no function in my keyboard. HELP. I cannot get into my computer. I already did a reset and that did not work.

Are your keyboard and mouse wired or wireless -- it makes a difference.
