I don't know why there is an exclamation mark in the device manager (standard PS/2 keyboard and HID standard keyboard device).
Error code 19 in Device Manager usually indicates a problem with drivers or the Windows registry that is preventing the hardware, in this case the keyboard, from working properly. This issue may be caused by a recent Windows 11 update that may have corrupted the keyboard drivers or registries. As a first step, you should try to restore your keyboard drivers. This can be done in Device Manager by right-clicking on the keyboard item and selecting "Update Driver". If that doesn't help, the next step is to uninstall the keyboard drivers and restart the computer, which should automatically reinstall the drivers on system startup. This advice did not help.
Another option is to check for available Windows updates, which may contain fixes for known driver issues. This can be done in the Windows settings under the "Update and security" section. It also didn't fix anything.
In some cases, it may be helpful to visit your computer manufacturer's website to search for specific drivers for your PC model. HP usually provides a driver database for its products where you can find the latest drivers compatible with your system. I couldn't find the controller for the keyboard.latest bios
