Hello, how are you doing? I am having a problem using the cp keyboard. When typing there are signs of letters appearing on the screen, I rebooted the cp to see if that will provide any help, buy no success.   And if you're wondering, how did I place this information on the screen l have learned to use the screen keyboard. I can be reached at [Personal Information Removed].  I have been using HP TechPlus  and it helped for a moment when l closed HP Tabs l lost access to keypad.             Thank you.
