laptop display color is dull and washed out is that because of srgb coverage ?!

i've problem i was used laptop dell Latitude 7490 as am ui\ux designer and color is fine to me as am satisfied with sRGB coverage but i bought this new piece of hp but i see evreything is washed out , dull color isn't accurate at all with mention that am tried to calibrate by adjusting gamma but it wasn't work the dots always in yellow color i've another hp laptop with diff specs and same issue ?!
