@Mukhtyarganai, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you've accidentally locked your HP desktop using the Find My Device feature on your Microsoft account. Don’t worry this can be fixed. Here's what to do:
To Unlock Your HP Desktop:
Option 1: Unlock via Microsoft Account
- Go to the Microsoft Find My Device portal.
- Sign in with the same Microsoft account you used on the locked desktop.
- Locate your device in the list.
- Click on it and select “Unlock” or “Recover” if available.
- If prompted, enter your recovery key or PIN.
If you see a message like "This device has been locked", it's due to the “Find My Device” remote lock. Unlocking it from your Microsoft account is the only solution.
If You Forgot Your Microsoft Password
- Go to: https://account.live.com/password/reset
- Reset your password, then try to log in again and unlock the device.
Additional Tip:
If you set a recovery message or phone number when locking, the unlock screen might have a prompt or contact information. Follow those instructions as well.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
