Hi

 

First thing is to delete your email address from your post.

 

If you have a Licence key (NON OEM) then you can download a copy of W7 from Microsoft.

If it is an OEM version then try a 3rd party.

 


ISO images of various Microsoft OS's are available.

They can be be downloaded (sometimes you need a licence key other than the HP OEM key)
and 'burnt'/expanded to a DVD/USB. They WONT contain appropriate HP software, like drivers etc.
But may enable a repair to be started.

A 3rd party downloader like…
