Lost the Key for windows, and the HP desktop is crashed. Now i am not sure how to get the windows. key for Seriel No. Removed

According to the parts list for your PC, it came with a W7 Pro COA product key label on the PCs case.

If your PC had been running with an activated copy of W10 Pro at the time the OS/disk crashed, you can reinstall W10 as follows:

Make a bootable W10 installation flash drive with the Microsoft Media creation tool from the link below:

Download Windows 10

Boot from the installation media and you will be asked to select the version of W10 you want to install.

Select W10 Pro.

Then you will be asked to enter a product key.

Select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 will install and automatically activate after you are connected to the internet.
