Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Lost audio since last Win 10 update. Think it has beats audio device. seems to be gone?

Hi, Dotty:

 

See if installing this W10 IDT w/Beats audio driver from a newer model HP desktop PC gets the audio to work again.

 

Restart the PC after installing the driver...
