je n'arrive pas a effacer un message de télécharger cyberlink power media player sur hp support assistant.  Il y a un point d'exclamation bleu sur le point d'interrogation en bas de l'écran.  Sur hp power assistant, il n'y a pas de x ou aucune mention genre refuser.

memory, there are no options
But it may depend on the version installed
give screenshots of parameters, update pages etc
I know that I have had problems for a very long time with a
Warning that the computer is not secure, control of the user account, modified at my wish
And nothing to do since all this time
Having said that, I am only using it for troubleshooting research here.

J'ai eu la réponse au téléphone avec quelqu'un de HP.  Lorsque il n'y pas de possibilités d'effacer le message c'est que le téléchargement est essentiel, dans ce cas ci, pour le fonctionnement du lecteur cd\dvd.  Le problème, c'est que les messages de HP ne sont pas assez explicites.  Merci tout de même.
